Hotel Receptionists Needed for the Summer Season

We are looking for some dedicated and experienced hotel receptionists for the summer season!
As a receptionist with us, you will work with guest relations, check-in and check-out, cash handling, and other standard reception tasks. The position means that you always put the guest's needs at the center along with other colleagues at the hotel. In addition to the tasks associated with reception work, you are expected to stay updated in other departments.
No day is the same. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible and good at seeing what needs to be done. The reception is the heart of the hotel, and the staff at the reception are the guest's first and last contact during a hotel stay.
The tasks include, among others:
- Booking
- Check-in and check-out
- Cash handling
- Breakfast service
We prefer that you have experience working in a hotel reception or equivalent education and that you have had a similar role or tasks previously. We work in the Mews booking system - experience with Mews is an advantage but not a requirement.
To be considered for a summer job with us, you must be available for training and extra work on weekends starting in May.
You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
